 3. How to File a Warranty Claim

 Our team will look over your claim and tell you how to return or replace the item.

 If your warranty claim is approved, you will get a replacement or a refund, depending on what you want and what is available.

 4. Shipping Back

 Fasahira.shop will give you instructions on how to return an item if you need to for a warranty claim. If the claim is approved, they may also pay for shipping.

 5. Time to Fix

 We will process warranty claims within 7 to 14 business days of getting the item back.

 We will send you emails with updates and estimated times for when the problem will be fixed.
